Topics include health maintenance during pregnancy, the labor and delivery process, fetal monitoring, anesthesia, cesarean birth, and family adjustment.
Classes are taught by registered nurses who are Childbirth Educators. A tour is included.
Please sign up prior to the 6th month of pregnancy to secure a space in the class. The best time to attend the class is during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy.
