Meet the Physicians

Josette Palmer, MD

Dr. Palmer, board-certified in Family Medicine, believes that all patients are entitled to high-quality health care and in family medicine, it is important to recognize that there are a lot of factors that affect the health of an individual.

A fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians, she is especially interested in diabetes.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Palmer received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine.  She received her Family Medicine residency training at Underwood.

Dr. Palmer enjoys travel and fitness activities.  She resides in South Jersey.

Mary Jeanne Spinosi, DO

Treat the whole patient, not just the symptoms" is Dr. Spinosi's philosophy of care.

An undergraduate of Widener University, Dr. Spinosi received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She completed her Family Medicine residency training at the JFK Memorial Hospital Systems.

Dr. Spinosi is board-certified in Family Medicine.

Fluent in Italian, Dr. Spinosi enjoys gardening and Italian culture and literature.

Residing in Haddonfield, Dr. Spinosi and her physician husband are the parents to two teenage daughters.

Mavola L. Tench, MD

As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Tench’s philosophy of care is “To provide comprehensive medical care by partnering with the patient to find the correct diagnoses and to develop and maintain a plan of care to both treat and prevent disease”. 

She views community outreach programs as opportunities to encourage individuals to develop a healthy lifestyle and to be able to recognize signs of disease and seek care in a timely fashion.

She attained her biology undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania and a medical school graduate from Temple University. She received her family residency training at Underwood’s Family Medicine Residency program.

Married with two children, this Gloucester County resident enjoys singing, cooking, reading swimming, and church activities including couples fellowship and youth development.
