Underwood-Memorial Hospital Golf Classic by the hospital’s Auxiliary Board.

Entries must be accompanied by a completed response card and
payment in full.
Registration is limited to 128 players.
Over $1,225,000 has been raised since the inception of the Golf Classic in
the spring of 1994. These proceeds have benefitted our community by improving hospital programs, clinical services, equipment acquisitions and
facility enhancements.
The UMH Auxiliary Board has pledged $500,000 to support the
hospital’s transition to digital radiography. We are pleased to announce
that funds raised from this year’s Golf Classic will be dedicated to that
important and vital initiative.
