Childbirth Preparation Class for Expectant Parents

Topics include health maintenance during pregnancy, the labor and delivery process, fetal monitoring, anesthesia, cesarean birth and family adjustment. Breathing techniques are included.
Classes are taught by registered nurses who are Childbirth Educators. Please sign up prior to the 6th month of pregnancy to secure a space in the class. The best time to attend the class is during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy.

Week 4 class is held at UMH - Tour included
Time: 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Fee: $75 (non-refundable after first night of class) per couple
Be sure to bring two (2) pillows to every class.
