Family Health Centers - paulsboro

The Family Health Center of Paulsboro opened its doors to the community in May 1997. It is located in the center of town at Broad and Delaware Streets. This newly renovated medical building provides six exam rooms, a spacious waiting room and ample off-street parking in the rear of the building. Access to the parking lot is available from Delaware Avenue.

Our courteous staff and Board Certified physicians are available to provide for a patient's needs with an extensive combination of day and evening hours. Also, the office is the home of the occupational health division which offers local companies DOT physicals, drug testing and other industrial medical services. These services are provided by South Jersey Occupational Medicine (SJOM).

The Underwood-Memorial Hospital Family Health Center of Paulsboro is conveniently located in the center of town at the intersection of Broad and Delaware Streets. The building features a highly visible green awning with the UMH logo and is fast becoming a town landmark. It is directly across the street from a newly constructed Eckerd Drug and ample parking is available on Delaware Street in the rear of the building. Follow Route 295 to exit 18B. Upon exiting 295 South, make a left on Delaware Street and follow approximately 1 mile to the facility.

If exiting 295 Northbound, simply make a right and follow as above.
