Outpatient Laboratory Services

Underwood-Memorial Hospital provides a full-service Outpatient Laboratory staffed with friendly, highly-skilled phlebotomy technicians. To obtain services, simply bring your physician's request for laboratory tests, along with a referral from your physician (if one is required by your insurance company), to our outpatient laboratory on the 2nd floor and we will take care of your needs quickly and efficiently.

Our hours are from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and from 8 am to 11 am on Saturday. It will be our pleasure to serve you.
